IIRC there was a lot worse in other scenes. Flips, twists, etc.
Please tell me that football scene didn't look realistic to you.....

I was waiting for Coach Boone to pass out the flubber shoes there for the last play. And I was somewhat surprised that Gus didn't kick the extra point.
