Josh's main point was that because nothing has (or will) come of it, clearly there is nothing to the allegations and 1280 blew things way out of proportion because they have it in for BYU.

DJ & PK clearly believe BYU did only a half-yewted investigation and that the only reason nothing will come of it is because former BYU players are "stonewalling" (DJ used that word repeatedly), and that if the NCAA's compliance office just had enough manpower they would do a proper investigation and confirm that Duane Busby is in fact the devil.

As with most things, the truth is probably somewhere in the middle, but I'm inclined to think it's much closer to Josh's version than 1280's. This is the school/athletic dept that suspended Brandon Davies from their best basketball team in 30 years, and like most of you I just don't buy that they are sweeping a bunch of major violations under the rug.
