I guess the term "signed" is non binding and is more a tentative agreement
between honorable parties?
It sure seems that way because lots of teams seem to be squirming out of "signed" intent to play BYU here or there.
If so then, if ND doesn't intent to honor the agreement, then they are not very honorable.
But then again I knew that ND isn't always that.
