I don't know how many "legitimate users" there are though. If you break a bone
or have surgery, then yes. And Physicians don't have a problem prescribing pain for these situations. Too many people abuse it though, so it has made it tougher to prescribe for the more ambiguous stuff like back pain, neck pain, or other injuries that could be faked.
