Respectfully disagree. I submit that the PAC would have ended up with
the exact same contract and resulting financials had they expanded with UNLV and Boise St. What one needs to consider is what would the long term contracts and financial impact been if the PAC would have added Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and three other strong programs? The financial analysis and trade study of the PAC's expansion results should consider the longer term, and also Plan A, which was to include Texas, Oklahoma, etc. When considering the lost opportunities, the PAC lost in the expansion game big time.
