Curving a flat brim hat doesn't really work.
I know you can, I have done it, but the hat wasn't designed for it so it doesn't stay or look good.
I have bought two MLB Giants hats in the last 2 years and my hats look like they are kind of curved, kind of flat.
I would prefer to never buy a New Era hat but if you want an pro MLB hat that's really your only choice.
