That last post was mean spirited and flat out uninformed. The real paradigm shift has come with regards to bronco's outreach to players and fans alike.

There was a time when players wondered if bronco really knew their names or cared about them. Bronco was walled off with his leadership structure and his personal priorities and goals.

He reached into the lives of a few players and brought them close but for the most part they were kept at a distance. Some think that this is why the leadership council was created, to insulate him from uncomfortable personal interaction. This because bronco is a bit socially awkward.

He went to cougar club events and talked about how they were pharisees. He never missed a chance to lecture byu fans on how he was booed in his first game as head coach etc

This bronco seems to have been replaced by his engaging, lovable and accommodating good twin. This bronco is one that in time will earn the hearts of the players and fans alike.

He goes to the fan gatherings and even seems to enjoy it. Across the board he seems to be having a lot more fun.

I like this bronco. I was ready to fire the other one
