Wife scheduled the induction of our first child for Friday afternoon
I knew better than to mention anything about the game. I don't have dvr and doubt she'll appreciate the game playing while she's in labor. What a dilemma.

1st baby, afternoon induction, she won't deliver until after the game is over.

They'll probably have a TV in the room, no need to go anywhere

Maybe you could arrange for a TV to be brought into the delivery room.

A dilemma implies a difficult choice, this is not a dilemma.

Here's an idea: consider what you are doing 9 months before the season opener,

Hey now, that win at Nevada was big. You have to celebrate accordingly.

My ex was induced with our first and it still took 27 hours to come.

This is where the Dish Hopper with Sling would come in handy.

put it on mute or take many trips to the lobby to watch it.

Or you could watch it on your phone and pretend to be recording the birth

Get a DVR! Or record it the old way on VHS if you get ESPN.
