Yes, I have seen BYU shirts and hats at Utah games
My guess is, like those U fans in LES, they didnt want to be mistaken for being a fan of the other team, but they like college football and were offered a ticket. Dont see what changes by wearing your teams gear. I went to an Ohio State game in the shoe but wore a Utah shirt.
