but the school Pres. is not the one to put blame on. Samuelson might not have bled blue, but I highly, highly doubt he in any way tried to sabotage or even hold back our athletics.

I'm not sure there's an employee at BYU (past or present) to put blame on. I tend to doubt there is. BYU is BYU, & we're a special-interest institution most conferences just can't envision as one of their power teams. And they know if they embrace us, there's a good chance that we would eventually become one of their power teams.

From their perspective, I really can't blame them. Who wants the Mormons walking away every now & again with the conference trophy? A lot of Universities don't want to be associated with that. The Big 12, as well as the Pac 12.
