My co-worker just called me and told me that a guy backed into my car in the parking lot. We have good camera footage of him and two eye witnesses telling him not to leave. THey got the make and model with the license plate number and a good description of him. Damage is pretty minor. Should I ruin his day and file a report and have him cited? Is so whats the worst that happens to him. I'd hate to see him arrested over something stupid. But he's a 60-70 year old man, he's too old to do something wreckless like that.
