If they broke the rules they should pay the consequences.

Your question whether or not he has a perfectly good reason just seems ridiculous. Why would he keep players out if he didn't have a good reason? Do you think some violations are perfectly good reasons and others aren't, and it's up to us to decide which rules we enforce and which ones we don't?
