It was up at Western Wyo Comm. College Campus
In Rock Springs. They said they would drop box in the 7 o'clock hour and they tweeted the pic at 6:20. My sources told me it was found before they even tweeted out the picture. I live in Rock Springs so I was ready to search but there was a little birdy that talked before the tweet. Hmmmmm
