SATA doesn't transmit video. Perhaps you have a VGA port, or a DisplayPort?
Newer TVs usually have a VGA in port. If it has a DisplayPort or mini-dp you can get an adapter for that

Yep, but they will transmit video only. HDMI does video and audio
