Including the scholly limits. They were finished at the end of the 2013 season, which means USC had it's full compliment of schollies this past recruiting season. What does it all mean? They are back up to full roster numbers, albeit with incoming frosh and JC transfers. And the talent they have returning is considerable.

Conversely, I doubt there are more than 3-4 guys at Utah who could hold down a roster spot at Troy.
