I really wasn't even thinking about fraud investigation and convictions, so I appreciate you bringing that up and helping me understand the potential seriousness. Certainly no desire/intent to be fraudulent, but I realize there is some appearance of that, so hence my desire to get some guidance.

I can change my current plans completely and go with the original plan, which is what I'll do if there's a chance of fraud, etc.
