after a friend told us about them. Just bought a Lil'Tex a couple of weeks ago (local Costco was clearing out their special model which is the elite with the underneath storage cabinet). Have done ribs, tri-tip, chicken, prime rib, steaks, burgers, trout (smoked), pizza (yes, pizza), carnitas. Everything from smoking to grilling. Going to do a turkey this Thanksgiving (one of the reasons for the larger Lil'Tex).
