I think the team is lacking a leader. Too many newcomers in too many key positions has left the team a bit befuddled. I also think they had extremely high/unreasonable expectations. Some on the team were talking about making the Final Four this year. The team is likely frustrated and disappointed that (1) they haven't played as well as they thought they would, (2) they probably aren't as good as the thought they were, and (3) they aren't having as much fun as they expected to have. Hatch and Thornock, in particular, look extremely frustrated.
