I don't mind admitting that any win against Texas is a signature win. Its the
single largest program in the country. Sure, they're almost a perennial disappointment but thats because of the unbelievable resources they have at their disposal and only 1 team can with a NC every year.
I can think of 8 or 10 programs that fit in this category; The top 1 or 2 teams from the SEC, P12, B10, B12 are in this category and I would call each of them a signature win.
