It kind of appears that along with the policy that honor code violations will not be disclosed or announced to the media/public, that perhaps Bronco Mendenhall has been given the authority to mete out the disciplinary action for players on the team who commit the violations? Examples: last year Spencer Hadley's suspension reduced; this year the guys who were suspended for UConn for the party that took place over the summer; Jamal Williams one game; Takitaki going from being kicked off the team to playing in the first game, etc.
