Omer has had a bad back for years

and can't do what he used to do. Guys that were extremely big/muscular tend to get the way he looks when you can't get workout anymore.

It has also been documented that the S&C program, including diet, has undergone a radical transformation over the last 3 years and it seems the team is just fine at this point, so I would say knowledge trumps appearance here.
