Repent
Pray for rain
AC: Make sure it can handle the load, then some. Also, if you don't already have ceiling fans, highly recommend you put them in. Our's run all day/night. Great to have and keeps the air moving. When the AC kicks on, you can feel air in every room pretty much evenly.
