How about if I said you can watch a symphony on your TV or go listen in
person? My point is that it doesn't matter what the activity is. Participating in person is typically more of an experience. A TV cannot come close to duplicating the perspective of seeing the sights and hearing the sounds of the stadium. A TV cannot replicate the sound of 50-60K fans screaming on a third down. Banging feet on the metal bleachers is different then banging your feet on your soft carpet at home. The sights, sounds and smells of being at LES simply cannot be duplicated while at home.
