This is the "Glee" generation, man. They are about as interested in sports...

as you and I were in drama. They are orders of magnitude less likely to go to a sporting event than our generation was/is. They are perfectly content to sit in front of their computers or game consoles on campus and network with "friends" that they will never actually meet in the real world.
