It seems to me that byu is somewhat poor making PT adjustment during the season
If you win the job in fall camp you are typically going to be the starter unless injury. There are some exceptions to this, mainly OL under 2J.

As far as Juergens, he seems serviceable. Houston wasn't his best game for sure. This said, Blackmon and Dye clearly have more upside so hopefully they can gain a better understanding of the offense and the coaches can work them in and start them if they start being trustworthy and making plays. I would like to see more wr rotation, especially if Kutztown gets healthy and contribute.
