Sacrament - 45 minutes (1 youth speaker 5 minutes, 1 adult speaker 10-15 minutes, no filler songs, etc)

5 minutes between Sacrament & Sunday School (socialize on your own time).

Sunday School - 25 minute lesson, that's it, cover only key points of lesson, no rambling on.

5 minutes between Sunday School and Priesthood Mtg

Priesthood - 30 minutes total. 10 minute opening exercises MAX. 20 minute lesson, short & to the point.

I'm completely serious. Or just eliminate Sunday School altogether, get your lesson(s) for the day from Priesthood or Young Womens/Primary time slot and messages from Sacrament talks.

More time for family, less time at church for leaders, etc. You want to 'socialize', do it on your own time or email someone or get together with your closest church friends on your own time.
