The rest can be high school teams, but the one that they require cannot be BYU. In light of this, they aren't going to schedule BYU in place of a high school team because that's where you get your free bowl eligibility and rack up stats/hype/cash.

For ACC and SEC. Others haven't said that at this point.

Saban has said he desires P5 only play5, but yes requirement of 1 and no FBS
