I'm surprised country is so much lower than the national average
country music tends to be clean generally, so I thought you'd see a reflection of that in the numbers

I remember first going to BYU as an undergrad in the late 80's and being introduced to what I called "Utah music" a type of pop I had almost never heard before- lots of Depeche Mode, Erasure and other stuff like that. It was very different from the Rock, heavy metal, and early rap that was popular in New Mexico where I went to HS.
