Cayenne Pepper on my tongue. My mom held it there while yelling at me. I don't remember much else other than holding my tongue under the running tap for about 5 minutes trying to make the burning stop. I consider this to be abuse. To this day I gag if I smell or taste Cayenne Pepper. I would never do this to punish my kids. I acknowledge that a lot worse things could have happened to me for dropping the F-bomb on my mom. My mom has since apologized for this incident saying that it was too harsh... perhaps it was because I gagged at her house when she was making homemade fajitas....
