Didn't hear it a lot in 10 years in Tennessee....

there still seems to be a certain amount of politeness and decorum in the workplace in the South. But my 5 years in Detroit? It got to be so commonplace that I didn't tend to notice after a while, but it still surprised me a bit in mixed company and/or customer meetings. Denver is somewhere between those two....
