the AC. Shortly after that they determined that the diverter things were not working so that room wasn't getting any AC. Then somebody else found another room that was big enough where the AC was working, so we all moved. But since they cranked up the AC, this room is now close to 60 and people are too cold.

We can't be satisfied, apparently.
