He played 10 games in 2010 as a true freshman, redshirted in 2011 due to injury, 2012 he only had played in the first game of the season due to injuries and was on pace to get a medical but then was kicked off the team, in 2013 he was not enrolled in school.

1. Can he get a year back because he didn't play at at all in 2013? Did he lose a year by not being enrolled?

2. If he can't get last year back what about a medical from 2012? Before he got kicked out he wasn't playing because of injuries. His RS was used up in 2011 because of an injury so why could he not get a medical? Does he lose the chance for a medical because he was kicked out of school before the season ended?
