I'm not saying that it's the difficulty of pronouncing the name. Remember my example of ordering food at Taco Bell? I'm saying it sounds dumb when speaking English. I speak French. Let's say every time I said the name "Baton Rouge," I said "Baa-tone Rrroooj." I would sound pretty ridiculous. That's all I'm saying. I am an American. I speak English in an American accent. When speaking English, I don't roll my "R" when I say burrito. Point made? I hope so.
