I would highly recommend a gas-piston AR

I have a POF, and I love it. It's pretty much a rip off of the HK design. But I understand that Colt, if they haven't already, is coming out with one this year. It makes a little difference in the recoil, but it makes a huge difference keeping your weapon clean and reliable.
