Now I can make Wifi calls ofrom Hangouts to any phone in the US. I also have my voicemails delivered as a text, transcribed (occasional transcription error can be pretty funny) and available for audio playback without leaving hangouts. Also integrates SMS and IM in the same conversation flow.

Probably better IM apps out there, but love the combined Hangouts + Google voice combo.
