a Greek-themed hamburger place in the west end of the north building in Trolley Square. I remember eating there a few times, and he made good burgers, much like his grandsons do nowadays. Of course, the place in Trolley Square has not been there for a long time. His grandson's went on to open up the stand-alone places that we know now as Apollo, Atlantis, Crown, etc.
