Since you brought it up. South End Zone Expansion. Corners are filled in and seats added to the same height as the existing East and West sides. Luxury boxes on top and new locker rooms underneith. Phase one: Seats up to the concourse are built. I'd guess they break ground in 3-4 years. Phase two: the bowl is added on top and luxury box. I'd guess 5-7 years out. Will bring the stadium up to about 55,000.
