Tearing down the old JC Penney. The Nordstroms being renovated into a big RC Willey. Adding more mixed use property right now, commercial and residential, similar to City Creek. More restaurants coming in.

The tore down the Pirate Island and adjoining strip mall and have started the foundation concrete work on new development in that lot between the theater and Costco.

Midtown Village was built in a weird spot. The new development is much better located, and the timing is better as well.
