That company is doing extremely well. They don't franchise, meaning they own all of their locations. They have also started an Asian restaurant and some other restaurant that they are testing in select markets. They will be aggressively trying to grow them in the next few years.

The laptop they gave me to work on is extremely nice. It's much better than the one given to me by my employer. They also gave me a Chipotle card that is good for $100 of Chipotle every month. I knew they gave that to their employees, but I'm a contractor. Also, $100 a month? That's a lot of money. I'm not a huge fan of Chipotle, but free food is free food. It seems like a great place to work. It's no surprise they are doing well. They treat their employees well and their employees return the favor by doing really good work.
