Say Texas and Oklahoma go to the PAC-12 (not super likely given the huge jump in distance, but whatever). Baylor, Texas Tech, KSU, KU, TCU, OSU, WVU, and ISU all decide to form a conference. PAC-12 is now the PAC-14. Baylor et al invites BYU, CSU, UCF, and Cincy. Would you join or stay independent?
