These are some of my concerns. I have used Alibaba to source things and I think
that its business prospects are good. However, the structure concerns me as well as the potential politicization. Alibaba's known for facilitating counterfeit goods and Obama's come down on that. Is it possible that they would forbid Americans from owning it?
