But barely. There isn't much difference between the PAC-12 and the Big 12 this season. The Big 12 has fewer Top 20-25 type teams, but the PAC-12 has more teams that are below average (for Power schools) or really stink.

It's how college football turns. For much of my life as a CFB fan, the PAC-12 was the worst of the power conferences. Of late, the ACC has been the weakest. But, for the first time in my memory, the Big 10 is taking that spot.
