he isn't a threat to do it? He is a HR threat and anyone who doesn't think so hasn't watched him play. I'd also say Blackmon is absolutely a HR threat. Anyone with that speed is a threat, in that case Hine also a threat as he has enough speed to break a long TD if he ever gets in the clear.
