but Tasysom is at a much higher level. Sure Jamaal can break a HR every third or fourth game, but Taysom is a threat every time he touches the ball. Not a knock on Jamaal, he's great at what he does, and he is a HR threat at a lesser level. He is not a Luke Staley HR threat. Taysom is. So maybe we are splitting hairs with the definition of HR threat, but that is how I personally define it, someone who consistently hits HR's --- Which Taysom does and Jamaal doesn't.
I agree with you it absolutely helps that a lot of Taysom's HR threat is due to broken plays. That is something Jamaal doesn't have the advantage of.
