The PAC's definition of research was irrelevant and and completely ignored during those discussion seeing that some of those schools' didn't meet this so called "research definition." It's pretty clear what's keeping BYU out. And for those that say Sunday play is keeping us out, then why do the ADs (who have to deal with scheduling) support adding BYU, but a couple of the university presidents (who don't have anything to do with scheduling) refuse to let BYU in? They've already proven that the "research institution" argument is fake.
