1966 Season
This was the beginning of the passing dynasty that was to come later under LaVell Edwards. He was the assistant coach but it was a very exciting time. Outside of Tulsa and a few other schools like Texas Western (later UTEP) BYU was the only school throwing the ball much. The signature win that year was a 55-33 beat down at Cougar Stadium.

What made this game so exciting, was fans like me, did not have much to cheer for before that time.
