The stadium experience needs to get better as well. I know more than a few

people who are BYU fans but don't go to the games anymore because they can't stand the constant advertising blitz from the moment you walk through the gates. Nobody wants to know that every 3rd down conversion was brought to us by Grandma Sycamores unless she is out on the field carrying the rock!
