Try to stay awake on the first day (including the flight) and then pop some
Melatonin at bedtime in Korea. Then stay awake the whole night on your last day there and pop some melatonin when you get on the plane ride home to try to sleep on the plane.

No matter what you are going to be tired, but avoid taking any naps during the day or watching TV at night so you can adjust more quickly.
