If the goal is the playoffs, then style points this year matter very little
An undefeated byu will be top 10, and probably in a NY bowl, regardless of style etc. No playoffs this year no matter what.
Then...byu will start ranked very high next year, because of the actual record, not because of style.
THEN style will matter. Just win the games this year. Worry about style next year.
