Sure manziel partied, but really... It isn't that big of a deal. He's doing what the vast majority of men his age want to do.
Winston may be involved in other things that are worse but that's desperate from his on the field play. If his actions catch up to him and his career is over then, that's his fault. But Winston's on the field performance was good.
